Denali Corporation is dedicated to maintaining your customer satisfaction.
Upon placing an order with Denali Corporation, the following terms and conditions apply.

Returns
Merchandise cannot be returned without obtaining Return Authorization Number. This may be obtained by calling our Customer Service Department at (781) 826.9190. All returns, whether for credit or exchange, are to be sent back freight prepaid and must be accompanied by the Return Authorization Number and a copy of the original invoice. Merchandise sent to Denali Corporation without Return Authorization will be returned to the dentist at the dentist's expense.

Returns for Credit
Merchandise in unopened, saleable condition may be returned for credit only within 30 days of the shipping date. Merchandise received after 30 days of the shipping date are not returnable. These items, due to uncertain storage conditions, are not re-sellable. Opened items, or partially used items, equally are not re-sellable, and or not returnable.
