Denali Corporation recognizes the responsibility to replace products if proven to be defective. Denali Corporation does not accept liability for any damages or loss, either direct or consequential, stemming from the use of or inability to use the products as described. Before using, it is the responsibility of the user to determine the suitability of the product for its intended use. All products and sales are to be used by licensed professionals only. The user assumes all risk and full liability in connection therewith. In no case, will Denali Corporation be responsible beyond the cost of this product.

Return Policy: Denali Corporation strives to maintain your customer satisfaction. Denali Corporation will replace product found to be outside of quality control specifications. Product may not be returned after 30 days date of sale, or if opened. Product must be returned in its original container, unopened, unmarked, and properly packaged.

Merchandise cannot be returned without obtaining Return Authorization Number. This may be obtained by calling our Customer Service Department at (781) 826.9190. All returns, whether for credit or exchange, are to be sent back freight prepaid and must be accompanied by the Return Authorization Number and a copy of the original invoice. Merchandise sent to Denali Corporation without Return Authorization will be returned to the dentist at the dentist's expense.

Refund will be for cost of product, less 20% restocking fees. Additional charges may apply to custom orders. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice and a reason for the return. Denali Corporation does not accept liability for any loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of use or inability to use these products. It is the dentist’s responsibility to determine the suitability of this product for its intended use and user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith.
